But you might have to adopt the other dog too. Bummer. An adult lab is the most likely dog I'd adopt.

Except, they might be like Ruby. So probably not a great idea.

Their name is Moose, the other is Max. Don't know what Max looks like, just saw the name Max in the description for Moose.

Over 100 pounds? And that's a "medium" dog? Bigger then Tonka and Bodhi. Bodhi I think is under 90 pounds.

Found Max, says he's 80 pounds. Looks completely different then Moose. No idea what breed he looks like, thought pit bull or something like that, but not sure anymore. One photo he looks kind of funny in. If I wanted an 80 pound dog, I'd probably try to adopt him. Ruby was around 40 pounds I think, just think what would happen if an 80 pound dog wanted to bite another dog. It would be way worse.

I'd be fine with an 80 pound dog, if they are like Tonka. Or if somebody else is dealing with their issues.

She can't adopt either of them, she already is getting another puppy, he's related to Bodhi, same parents.

Wait a second, Max, I think that's the name whoever got my dead neighbor's dog named them.

Is that the same dog? If so, why is he there? And no I wouldn't adopt him, he has bitten people, and seriously injured them.

That's sad though, if that is the same dog, said he ended up at the shelter. He might look similar. I don't know if he was 80 pounds though. He would get in your lap. But based on the fact, he bit people, I wouldn't adopt him.

The reason I think my dead neighbor's dog is named Max now, is I was walking Tonka, and we walked by a person walking a dog, but both Tonka, and their dog Max, were whining. They most likely knew each other. I didn't want to talk to the lady, and say I think they know each other, or ask if Max's previous owner died. I should have though, so they could have greeted each other. They were perfectly fine together, we hanged out in his apartment. But Tonka is kind of like Buddy, she'd probably get along with most dogs. Not to mention, Tonka was attacked multiple times, by the same dog, and didn't fight back any of the times. I was crying when she got attacked, but she was fine. Bleeding a little maybe once on the nose. But probably nothing you need to cry about. She wasn't crying. I should have complained when it happened the first time. I never complained at all. She would have gotten a ten day notice.

I think her dog attacked another dog, and they complained. As the dog didn't stay here.

How do you get a dog that won't even defend themselves? She probably would if the dog didn't live in the building. Maybe. When I walked her, I think she freaked out every time a dog walked by, unless she knew the dog, like Max. But I think she was being protective of me. Very protective. The reason I can't get a nervous dog. They would end up biting somebody. Ruby wasn't protective of me, no idea why she jumped up and bit that dog. Might be glad we didn't get a bond, as who knows what she'd do if she was protecting me. Also, I would have been more sad when having to give her back. If there's no bond, you don't get as sad.

I was looking at the wrong Max, there's at least two dogs named Max at that place. No wonder the description didn't mention Moose on the other Max.
