They had to take the power cable off the old one, required unscrewing crap.

Oh and Comcast left a message, a really hard to understand guy left it, probably in India. Something about a free device swap. No thanks, I'll keep using my own modem, it works better then the crap they gave me, that doesn't work anymore. That's right, I had to swap what they gave me, for my old bought modem, because their crap died.
