Something to do with the TV and soundbar. I turned the TV off and back on, and Dolby Atmos worked then. But I think it mostly happens when the soundbar's input is HDMI IN, so when I use the Xbox activity on my remote, it has to change to ARC on the soundbar. It's possible the soundbar needs to turn on first, and change inputs and then turn the TV on.

Not sure the Logitech remote will let you configure it like that, you can change the order of stuff turning on, which probably won't fix it. Probably needs to turn on the soundbar, then change inputs, then turn the TV and Xbox on.

What also fixes it is toggling eARC. Don't think turning the soundbar on or off fixes it.

If the software still works on my Mac mini, I'll try changing the config. Might only be able to set the order of what turns on and how long to wait to turn on the next thing. Need to go on Mac mini anyways, I updated it yesterday, but never looked at it after it rebooted to update.
