I called the number, but after hearing what option 1 was, I didn’t bother clicking one, I hanged up. I’m not talking to a receptionist. If you look at the spelling of his name, it’s hard to pronounce. I couldn’t remember what his name was, so I looked at the spelling in the message he sent me.

I’m pretty sure if I say it how the spelling is, they wouldn’t have a clue who I’m asking for.

I’ll just tell her to get me a new counselor, at a different place. Somebody that will call again, if the phone malfunctions. Instead of making me call some shitty number, and then them not understanding what I want.
