I’m still waiting to get my package. She’s bringing it tonight. I don’t ship anything here, it gets delivered to somebody else, and I never get it.

I’ll update this post after I set it up. And see if it works with motionEye.

Is the one I ordered v3? Maybe, their site has an Amazon link, and it’s the one I ordered.

They probably do spam your email, their site spams you with live chats.

The camera works. Looking at the manual for the RTSP or whatever URL. I could get it by searching DuckDuckGo as well, somebody was asking about that camera, somebody replied with the URL to use. At least for motion, maybe not motionEye.

How did they get the URL? The manual doesn’t say what it is. Pretty sure it’s v3, the v3 firmware worked. I updated it. Says v3 on the back I think, or bottom, I forget where.

The video quality is way better then the Raspberry Pi camera. Had to move an antenna, so I could see more of the kitchen.

It works with motionEye, the URL is rtsp://IP:554, unless you changed the default port.

Don’t use the UDP camera option, it has issues, TCP works fine though. UDP causes corrupted video. The night vision on it might be way better than what I had before.

Now, if only it would stop recording a fat ass sitting on a computer. Those files are massive, it’s 1080p. I should change it to h265 on the camera. motionEye is set to passthrough, no need to burn the CPU by encoding 24/7. Hmm, the CPU is about the same temperature. Maybe I should encode it then.

The mask thing doesn’t result in it ignoring the fat ass. That is the fat ass sitting in a computer chair.

Damn, I don’t think it can see the wall the motion light hits. I could move it, but then I’d have to use WiFi. Not very many good options to move it to.

I can watch the fat ass pick their nose, does he know he’s live?

No idea why somebody doesn’t recommend that brand, said something about their support. Their site has all the info you need. At least for RTSP.

Might be one of the best indoor cameras for motionEye.

Now, I need more storage, the fat ass being recorded almost all day, will take up a lot of space. Almost using a gig already.

No more Raspberry Pi cameras for me, this one is way better. It should be blocked from the internet. There is one flaw, I can’t read or see everything on my computer monitor. That the fat ass is looking at.

I can also see the fat ass possibly taking drugs, putting something in his mouth, and swallowing with water. So, now he’s stealing my drugs?
