Turning the heater on was a bad idea
I was cold around 7 AM, so turned the heater on and went back to bed. When I woke up, I was all sweaty.
Might need two more blankets, if the heater isn’t on though. I did turn it back off once I woke up.
Turned the heater back on, it’s getting cold. No more sleep tracking turned on, on my Apple Watch SE. So no alarm. Not wearing it to bed anymore, I don’t need the time in bed. Don’t need to monitor my heart rate in bed either.
Maybe I won’t wake up at 7 AM tomorrow. Maybe 1 PM if I’m lucky.
