Nice libvirt bug
Error starting domain: Unable to get devmapper targets for /dev/disk/by-id/xxxxxxx: Success
Says that every single time trying to boot my Windows 10 VM. Thought it was the kernel, nope, it’s libvirt.
And to get it fixed, I’d have to use a different branch of Manjaro. Or switch distros.
The stock kernel is better anyways, it has sensors for my NVMe SSDs. The linux-amd AUR package doesn’t support that apparently, probably not enabled.
I should switch back to the stock kernel on my laptop as well.
I can probably downgrade the package, and it’ll work again.
Where did the water I accidentally spit out land? I need to wipe it up with my shirt. Must be gone.
Downgrading fixed it. I added it to the IgnorePkg so it doesn’t update it. I’ll update, once there’s a newer version, then the current newest. Searching for the file I need.
The Windows VM is good for something, getting dlls for Proton.
