Edit /etc/virtual/domains, and add the hostname, then run the letsencrypt.sh again.

There was a bunch of not needed crap in it, duplicates of my host’s domain.

Apparently, I didn’t look at that file when moving to Debian. My other domain, without the subdomain, wasn’t in it either.
