Chili isn’t done

Vegetarian chili takes longer then an hour on high on the slow cook mode on my Instant Pot. Should have started it sooner, like 3 PM, and for two hours.

The chili isn’t hot. Now it could probably be heated up the enough in the microwave. But I’ll just wait another hour, I got nothing better to do.

I could use the pressure cooking mode, but it’ll get slightly burnt. And it’ll never cook, it’ll try to get the pressure up, but then it’ll get burnt in the process. Doesn’t seem like a good way to heat it up. It’ll be super hot though. Can’t recall if it turns itself off, or I have to do that.

It takes two hours on high.
