That’s with Comcast. Are they going to throttle the other people so they can’t stream or anything?

Looks like the fellows that said the internet would be how it was before net neutrality are wrong. Sort of, except now they get to throttle those not paying for cable TV.

Just because they didn’t choose to do throttle before, doesn’t mean they won’t now. And Comcast did throttle Bittorrent.
