Not everybody's old dog acts like that?

I thought all old dogs just wanted to be by their owner.

That’s the reason, I have to get up early, Tonka is getting her teeth cleaned, and lumps removed. I could refuse to wake up.

She can’t stay the night anywhere, not unless I’m there too. Every dog I’ve had, when they get old, they only want to be around me. She doesn’t sleep on my bed, but on her bed, which is in my room. She’s on it when I go to bed.

If the fire alarm goes off, she’ll get on the bed. To get me up and out of the building.
