How to format a microSDXC as FAT32

Use Paragon Partition Manager. There’s a free version. There’s also probably a more basic program, but I already had Paragon installed.

Maybe I should buy their backup software, replace Todo Backup with it. I’ll just keep my outdated Todo Backup. I refuse to upgrade, the new version barely add anything new.

Maybe I’ll upgrade Todo Backup when they add more features. Or if I assemble a new computer, and it doesn’t work to restore my backup to dissimilar hardware.
