9.4 works with rxTools

I updated using a game. Looks like it still works. What version does Hyrule need? I’ll get the game on Friday. I’ll upgrade the emuNAND to whatever it has. Got to keep the sysNAND at 9.2. Don’t know why, just do. Probably because it’s a royal pain in the ass to downgrade.
